• MODEL FRONT SRL processes data related to: personal numerical code, identity card series and number, bank data, only for situations involving product replacements, resolving warranty and post-warranty situations

For evidentiary purposes in connection with the above activities and archiving: the storage of personal data mentioned for the above purposes, in order to maintain records related to the activities carried out, to protect legal rights and exercise other rights according to the law and concluded contracts, fulfilling the possible archiving requirements, in accordance with the legal provisions.

– to request the deletion of data, with the exception of situations provided by law.

You can object at any time and without justification to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, by sending a written, dated and signed request to MODEL FRONT SRL. In this case, your request should be forwarded to the specialized department of MODEL FRONT SRL that manages these requests; it is possible to receive a message confirming that your option has been marked, as well as any other necessary information, as the case may be. Also, you can object at any time, for well-founded and legitimate reasons, according to the law, to the processing of your data by MODEL FRONT SRL, unless there are legal provisions to the contrary. 6. Special provisions related to minors

MODEL FRONT SRL does not pursue the processing of minors’ personal data in its data processing activities. A special attention to be given by MODEL FRONT SRL to ensure that any processing of personal data of minors is carried out in accordance with legal requirements and in strictly determined cases. MODEL FRONT SRL does not carry out promotional marketing activities directly towards minors.

Minors who have not reached the age of 14 are not allowed to request services or any communications on the MODEL FRONT SRL website otherwise from MODEL FRONT SRL, or to participate in contests or campaigns of MODEL FRONT SRL, unless this is done on behalf of the minor by the legal representative or guardian of the minor in question, according to the law.

Minors who have reached the age of 14 can purchase products or services and request and receive communications from MODEL FRONT SRL only if they have the consent of their representative or legal guardian, according to the law.
